We are looking for a real go getter who wants to assist a top performing Real Estate broker.
Responsibilities include:
Making cold calls
Working with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Organizing meetings
Organizing Mailings (licking stamps)
General office help out
Skills:
ON TIME, MANNERS and PEOPLE SKILLS. This cannot be stressed enough. If you have fear in public speaking this is probably not for you.
MAC Proficient. If you don`t know how to force quit in Mac don`t bother
An Above Average knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
Graphic Design a Plus
Interest in Real Estate a Plus
This Job is initially part time, (15 - 20 hours a week) but has an opportunity for growth and full time in the coming months.
